Optimo Upgrades
The Optimo2 is now our programmer for all tachographs, although technical support is still available for older Optimo models. Optimo2 is now built on Linx Tablet technology.
The Optimo software has been updated to 4.10, providing support for our Wirelesss Photocell product, now available to all markets.
You can check your version by selecting Software Upgrade on the Desktop.
If you require assistance with the upgrade, please contact [email protected]
CANBUS Settings
The CANBUS system often does not respond to a simple ignition switch off, therefore when making any CANBUS changes in the settings of a tachograph, you will need to power down not only the vehicle, but the Tachograph head as well. Disconnect and replug the power cable (A-plug).
CITO2
The CITO2 software upgrade for accomodating 1C Tachograph is being developped, ECD 2019Q2.
The CITO SW is not available for sale anymore, and workshops willing to service the 1C Tachograph system will require migrating to CITO2. If your customers are running the latest CITO SW version, you will be able to backup the CITO database and import it into the CITO2 software.
If you have any queries about CITO2, please contact the Importer Support Team.

CITO2 Known issues
CITO2 current versions (market-dependant) 1.8.4, 1.8.7 and 1.9.3 have been reported with print margin issues. This first surfaced after a JAVA update, but has been reproduced with a known good JAVA version. The issue is that the margins on paper and pdf print will be too large and the borders of the calibration report will not print, with missing text or picture. Shall the issue arise, a workaround is available, please contact the Importer Support Team for details.
